<br />the Development Program relating to Development
<br />District No.1, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-1 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Allan and JoAnn ALLAN AND JOANN

<br />E-2 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that John C. Ericson's JOHN C. ERICSON
<br />request for sign variance at 1233 W. Larpenteur be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the sign be 21.6 feet high, with a clearance
<br />of 14 feet in the sign area of 85.75 square feet.
<br />
<br />2. That the nonconforming sign on the roof shall be
<br />removed.
<br />
<br />3. That the concrete curbing be placed encompassing
<br />the island within which the sign is placed.
<br />
<br />4. That additional landscaping be added upon comple-
<br />tion of the curbing work, subject to staff
<br />approval.
