That the sign be 21.6 feet high, with a clearance <br />of 14 feet in the sign area of 85.75 square feet. <br /> <br />2. That the nonconforming sign on the roof shall be <br />removed. <br /> <br />3. That the concrete curbing be placed encompassing <br />the island within which the sign is placed. <br /> <br />4.
