<br />8167, declaring the costs to be assessed and ordering 8167
<br />the preparation of assessments on ST-85-22, be

<br />8168, declaring the costs to be assessed and ordering 8168

<br />2665 and 2710 snelling Frontage Road.

<br />2. Gretchen Ternes request for sign variance at
<br />2328 Terminal Road.

<br />3. Gerald Kaufhold request for rezoning, Comprehen-
<br />sive Plan Amendment, preliminary plat, and
<br />variance at 1130 County Road B.
<br />
<br />4. Burger King Corporation request for variances at
<br />2151 N. Snelling.

<br />Johnson, Cushman, Matson, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that Highland Park
<br />Tree Service, 1157 Charles Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55104,
<br />be notified by letter that their license request was
<br />recommended for denial, and would be considered at the
<br />July 27, 1987 City Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
