WITHIN THE CITY OF WIDTE BEAR LAKE, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, a proposal (93-7-Sa) has been submitted by Bradley Real Estate, Inc. to the City Council requesting a conditional use pennit from the City of White Bear Lake at the following site: ADDRESS: County Road E LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 5, Block 1, White Bear Hills Shopping Center, Ramsey County, Minnesota .... .. -... .~ THE APPLICANT SEEKS THE FOLLOWING PERMIT: A two-year extension (to June 13. 1998) of the conditional use permit and minor site plan modification to construct a 7,000 square foot detached (rather than attached) addition. r .... Res. 7465-5/9/95: A one-year extension (to June 13, 1996) of the conditional use permit. Res. 7253-6/14/94; A one-year extension (to June 8, 1995) of the conditional use permit. Res. 7042-6/8/93: A conditional use permit for commercial development adjacent to residential in conjunction with the construction of a 9,000 foot addition to the White Bear Hills Shopping Center per Code Section 1303.130. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing as required by the city Zoning Code on May 25, 1993; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the advice and recommendations of the Planning Commission regarding the effect of the proposed conditional use permit upon the health, safety, and welfare of the community and its Comprehensive Plan, as well as any concerns related to compatibility of uses, traffic, property values, light, air, danger of fire, and risk to public safety in the surrounding areas;
