The City may only use <br />violations of the no~se ordinance which it gave previous notice of to the <br />property owner. <br /> <br />3. Said businesses' operations and deliveries shall not disturb the peace and <br />repose of adjacent residences as outlined in the City of White Bear Lake <br />noise ordinance Section 703".Q70. No use of forklifts shall take place out of <br />doors within 150 fe'et of residentially zoned property. <br /> <br />6. The above outlined requirements are minimum requirements. The City <br />Council may impose additional standards as are deemed necessary to promote <br />compatibility between land uses. <br /> <br />7. All dead plant materials on Lots 1 and 5 will be replaced by July 1, 1993. <br /> <br />8. An appropriate barricade will be installed behind the Festival Food store to <br />protect landscaping and fencing. Design to be approved by the City Planner. <br />The barricade is to be installed by August 1;, 1993. <br /> <br />9. All roof top air conditioning and heating units will be set as far forward on <br />the strip center as practical to help minimize noise. All roof top units will <br />
