Use buffer yards <br />where appropriate, or natural features with landscaping and berming. <br /> <br />Potential Neighborhood Development at Galpin Boulevard and Highway 5-- The final plan did <br />not show any commercial uses for this area. However, the City Council did express a wish to <br />have circumstances under which a limited neighborhood scale commercial development could be <br />considered on this property while still being consistent with goals established elsewhere in the <br />plan. The following guidelines are established so that a potential developers understand <br />conditions under which the Council may consider a guide plan amendment: <br /> <br />4. Lighting and signage should be of uniformly high quality recognizing the <br />site's sensitive location.
