Although the <br />berm screens most of the buildings from ground level view, views from second story <br />windows are not screened. To achieve improved buffering and screening, a more <br />dense planting of the berm with a mix oflarge deciduous trees and evergreens would <br />be required. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br /> <br />Photo #3 shows berm along the residential side of the street with a seven foot fence <br />atop.
