Bibeau, John & Diana, 2065 William Street: Permit to allow a 3 foot front yard <br />encroachment. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />John Bibeau, 2065 William Street <br />Mr & Mrs Bernard Heinricks, 2071 William Street <br />Mr & Mrs Chester Johnson, 2059 William Street <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke defined the request. <br />John Bibeau advised he would like to enclose the deck and extend the kitchen which <br />would require a 3 foot setback variance into the front yard (leaving 27' setback). <br />Chester Johnson advised he supported the request as long as Mr. Bibeau does not move <br />his driveway closer to his property. <br />Don Munson explained this application would only address the 3' setback variance in <br />front yard. <br />Consensus that the application met 11 of the 12 conditions (exception is "c"), therefore <br />the application for the setback permit for a 3' front yard variance is approved. <br /> <br />3. Pavement Management Program Setback Permit Application <br /> <br />a) 3108 Farrington Court (Gerald Schneiderher Sr): Driveway crosses the property <br />line about '-h feet into city park (Approved). <br />b) 3066 Farrington Court (Alvin Wielenberg): No issues (Approved). <br />c) 2698 Galtier Street (George Zender): Barron Behning explained if driveway <br />replaced as is, needs setback permit (Approved). <br />d) 330 Maple Court (William Lindendall): Right on property line (Approved) <br />e) 2705 Marion Street (William Cunningham): Right on property line (Approved) <br />f) 2801 Marion Street: (Dolores Stafford) Reconstruct as is (Approved) <br />g) 2680 Matilda Street (Herman Strutz): Reconstruct as is (Approved) <br /> <br />4.
