The following information/materials must be submitted by the applicant (and <br />determined complete by the Community Development Director) ten (10) days before <br />the application may be considered by the Development Review Committee: <br /> <br />a. Application and fee of $25. <br /> <br />b. Listing of names and addresses for each contiguous property owner. <br /> <br />c. Proposed plan (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading <br />and drainage plan and exterior building elevation drawings showing <br />buildings. Such drawings shall be 81/2 x 11. <br /> <br />d. Narrative: Attach an explanation of why this permit is needed, the <br />resulting impact on the neighborhood, and responses to items 9,10, and <br />11. <br /> <br />e. Other documents as requested by the City Planner. <br /> <br />Note: It is not necessary, but helpful, for the applicant to attend the Development <br />Review Committee meeting to clarify issues. <br /> <br />Note: The Development Director will make a decision and notify the applicant within <br />seven (7) business days. <br /> <br />13.
