Adjacent to an existing employment or residential center. <br />b. Designed to facilitate and encourage access by walking and biking. <br />C. Estimate commercial/industrial needs among all jurisdictions. <br />b. Jointly implement recommendations to stage highway commercial development in <br />order to avoid overbuilding and expensive low-density development. <br />(3) Adopt transportation infrastructure design standards that protect highway, economic and <br />ecologic functions of the corridor through clustering of development and incorporating access <br />management standards. <br />Completed <br />
