We <br />appreciate your cooperation in promptly returning the application. On Tuesday, April 13, the <br />Development Review Committee met to discuss your permit application. The committee has <br />approved your request; therefore, when the street is reconstructed, your driveway will be <br />replaced in the same location as it exists today. The setback permit will be placed in our permit <br />file so that in the future we will have record of your driveway setback variance. <br /> <br />We hope you will direct any questions about the 1999 street reconstruction project to the <br />Engineering Department.
