<br /> <br />April 22, 1999 <br /> <br />Dear Adjacent Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend the Roseville Development Review Committee's <br />(DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, April 29, at approximately 3:35 p.rn in the <br />Roseville City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Mr. Harold Quimby has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow the replacement of his <br />existing driveway to within two (2) feet of property line, for property located at 1129 <br />County Road B2. The required side yard setback for a driveway in a Single Family <br />Residential District (R-l) is five (5) feet. The current driveway is setback four feet from <br />the property line. The driveway addition is proposed to match into the existing sidewalk <br />that lies adjacent the garage. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing.
