<br />~ <br /> <br />-~ <br />-;1 ( ~ <br /> <br />July 2,1999 <br /> <br />Mr. Seth Eggessa <br />1992 Cleveland Avenue <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Lot Width and Lot Area Variance and Minor Subdivision <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Eggessa: <br /> <br />At the City Council's June 21st meeting, the City staff was directed to pursue a flag lot <br />ordinance that would allow requests, similar to yours, without the need for a variance. <br /> <br />At the June 29th meeting the staff requested a 60 day extension, of the 60-day review <br />period, for your request for a variance and lot split on property located at 1992 <br />Cleveland Avenue. This extension, as granted by the Council on the 29th, would allow <br />up to August 23, 1999 for consideration of an ordinance regulating and allowing flag <br />lots which may negate the need for a portion of your request. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a copy of Resolution 9664 that allows for extension of the review period for <br />your request.
