Year the new building would be needed: ASAP, we are working with severe space <br />limitations now. <br /> <br />18. Size of new building (square feet): Approx. 25,000 Sq. Ft. <br /> <br />19. Size of new site (acres): Unknown <br /> <br />20. Estimated number of employees with work stations in building: 4 spaces for records <br />techs, 4 administrative offices, 2 CSO spaces, I area for reserve officers (currently we <br />have 24 on staff), 5 investigator work stations, 1 juvenile officer, 1 school liaison officer, <br />I crime prevention officer, 1 operations Lts. Office, 3 spaces shared by 6 Sgts., 6 spaces <br />shared by 32 officers for reports etc., one <br /> <br />21. Estimated employee parking (number): 25 <br /> <br />22. Estimated customer parking (number): 30 <br /> <br />23. Estimated interior city equipment parking (number or s.f.): 25 spaces <br /> <br />24. Unique features of building or site necessary for operation: Security system for after <br />hours, Firearms range, cells, security needs, sally port for brining in prisoners, prisoner <br />processing area, male/female locker rooms, large training room, interrogation/interview <br />rooms, evidence room, onsite traffic separation, community policing impacts, perimeter <br />security, tactical team storage area, weapons safe and storage area for ammunition, gas <br />etc., intoxilyzer room, etc. <br /> <br />25. Other organizations/departments in your building, necessary for your operation: None, <br />but we could co-exist with the fire department and possibly consolidate some efforts, <br />which in the long run might save the city some money. <br />
