<br />Attached is the excerpt from the minutes of the May 26, 1998 City Council meeting
<br />allocating the Planning Grant #SG970157 for $7,670 to the City Center Planning
<br />Proceess. Note that the City will be matching the funds and the entire project (Phase I)
<br />will exceed $45,000. Ellerbe-Becket, through Bryan Carlson and Kim Way, have begun
<br />the Phase I work.
