<br /> <br />CITY CENTER TASK FORCE MEETING #11 <br /> <br />Theme of Meeting: <br />Complete Work on Phase 1 Boundary and Concept Work <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />6:30 pm <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Review of May 20, 1999 Meeting Notes <br /> <br />6:35 pm <br /> <br />Action Requested: Review meeting noted and comments from past meeting. <br /> <br />Action Requested: Thank Richard Bates for his contributions to the Task Force <br />Phase 1 work and wish him well on new job responsibilities which take him out of <br />town. (Mr. Bates has determined he can no longer take the time to serve through <br />Phase 2.) <br /> <br />III. Clarification on Planning District Boundary <br />(plan. Comm. Hearing still scheduled for July 14, 1999) <br /> <br />6:45 pm <br /> <br />Action Requested: Determine a boundary for the planning area (including <br />comments from meetings in Mays from Pat Johnson, and from Peggy Egli). The <br />boundary will complete the Phase I "boundary and area" study. This boundary <br />can then be forwarded to the Planning Commission for their meeting on July 14, <br />1999, along with Kim Way's conceptual uses plan which provides more detail <br />about where, within the planning area, the various land uses fit best <br /> <br />Action Requested: Through Dennis Welsch, the Task Force should report on this <br />activity to the Planning Commission and Council, seek their direction, but not <br />request further hearings until more detail is completed on the "Detailed City <br />Center Concepts" portion of the study which is Phase 2 <br /> <br />IV. Interest Group DiscussionslPublic Comment <br /> <br />6:55 pm <br /> <br />Action Requested: Consolidate the Phase 1 comments received at the public <br />meetings and ask if there are other comments not covered that should be <br />included in this report. <br /> <br />Action Requested: Determine how residents (city-wide) will continue to have <br />public input into the process during Phase 2 "Detailed City Center Concepts" <br /> <br />c 1iJ ~,~ <br />~~~ <br />
