Affected owners are listed on the required <br />Abstractor's Certificate. The meeting is a time for the applicant to review and explain the <br />proposed development to the nearby property owners. <br /> <br />This policy applies only when residential property, R-l through R-8, is listed on the <br />Abstractor's Certificate. <br /> <br />Please indicate the date that you have met or will be meeting with the affected property <br />owners: <br /> <br />20. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and <br />drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building <br />materials is required.
