The conditional use permit expires six months after approval if a building permit <br />has not been issued (Section 1013.03). <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve an <br />eight square foot variance to Section I004.0IA5 of the Roseville City Code to Mr. Patrick <br />Chierello, allowing the construction of a 32 foot by 28 foot (896 square foot) detached accessory <br />building in the rear yard of property located at 2415 Dale Street, based on the findings and <br />conditions indicated above and further stipulation that the existing garage will be razed and no <br />additional buildings will be placed on the site. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Klausing, Kough, Maschka, Schroeder <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Page 2 of2 <br />
