I <br /> <br />I <br />5.0 PLANNING COMMISSION A<C1I'J[ON <br />I <br />I <br />On July 14, 1999, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />Mendota Homes request. At this hearing a number of residents living in the adjacent <br />Executive Manor Con~os development addressed the Commission concemed with the <br />setback from their strupture and the landscape screening. Staff suggested that Mendota <br />Homes work with the residents that directly view Cower level) the town house site on <br />innovative ways to scrren the development. The Planning Commission agreed and also <br />wanted clarification oq. proposed setbacks, current site development allowance, parking <br />requirements, and site tlrainage. Ms. Dorothy Ohnsorg thanked the Planning <br />Commission and the d1eveloper for preparing a reduced density plan. Mr. Ray Malinar, _ <br />President of Executive I Manor Condos Homeownen Association asked for imprcved .- <br />mailed notices to residents of Condo Building "B".
