The required side yard setback for <br />Single Family Residential (R-l) property is 10 feet. The applicant is requesting a setback <br />permit to allow encroachment into the side yard setback of 2 feet. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing.
