These 6 extra feet will enable us to <br />increase our single car garage to a double. <br />The neighborhood should benefit by the fact that my car will no longer have to be parked on the street. And <br />my children, who are now of driving age, will also have a place to park off the street should we purchase <br />additional vehicles. <br />I think I meet at least 10 of the 12 site conditions and all of the minimum parameters. <br />
