<br />REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br /> <br />Manager Approved: <br />t&- <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: 06/29/99 <br />ITEM NO: J-l <br />Agenda Section: <br />LAND USE <br /> <br />Michael Davis driveway setback variance for property located at 2687 <br />Woodbridge Street (PF3126). <br /> <br />1.0 REQUESTED ACTION <br /> <br />1.1 Michael Davis is requesting a variance from Section 703.04 related to driveway width <br />and related to the side yard setback. The City Code requires a maximum width 26 feet <br />and a side yard setback of five (5) feet. Currently Mr. Davis has a driveway width of32 <br />feet and a side yard setback of zero, with instances of encroachment on the neighboring <br />property (Research of files found that no permit or variance was issued or recorded). <br /> <br />2.0 BACKGROUND <br /> <br />2.1 Mr. Davis owns the property located at 2687 Woodbridge Street.
