Nies <br />2211 Lexington Avenue North <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />REo' Setback Permit Application for Storage Shed <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Nies: <br /> <br />Please be informed that the Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC), on <br />Thursday, July 1, 1999, approved your request to construct a 10-1/2 foot by 16 foot <br />accessory building to within three (3) feet of your western (side yard) property line. <br /> <br />The previous approval letter regarding the City's action incorrectly stated the approved <br />size. Please note the correction and I apologize for any inconvenience this has brought. <br /> <br />The DRC approval is conditioned on the removal of your existing shed as well as the <br />need to locate your property comer pins.
