<br /> <br />June 9, 1999 <br /> <br />Dear Adjacent Property Owners: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend the Roseville Development Review Committee's <br />(DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, June 17, at approximately 3:30 p.m in the <br />Rosevil/e City Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Mr. Ronald Nies has petitioned for a Setback Permit to allow the construction of a shed <br />to within three (3) feet of the western property line, on property located at 2211 <br />Lexington Avenue. The required side yard setback for a shed in a Single Family <br />Residential District (R-I) is five (5) feet. Mr. Nies has an existing shed in his side yard <br />that will be removed should this setback permit be approved. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing. Should you <br />have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, please <br />feel free to attend the meeting on Thursday, June 17 or provide them to my attention.
