<br />17. For Relocation of Dwelling: <br /> <br />A. The legal description for the land upon which the building is to be moved. <br />B. The application shall be accompanied by a written consent and approval of at least <br />50% of the property owners within 250 feet of the relocation. <br /> <br />18. For Variance: <br /> <br />A. Variance is requested from the following section of the City Code: <br /> <br />B. State exactly what is intended to be done on or with the property which does not <br />conform with the City Code: <br /> <br />C. Explain the physical hardship that makes the variance necessary. <br /> <br />19. Applicant's requesting a rezoning, conditional use pennit, PUD, variance, division of lot. <br />or planing of property are encouraged to conduct a neighborhood meeting at least fifteen <br />(15) days before the scheduled Planning Conunission Public Hearing, and to send notices <br />to all of the affected property owners. Affected owners are listed on the required <br />Abstractor's Certificate.
