Our <br />South lot line is along the North border of Mr. William Boyd's property on which he is <br />planning to build two houses. According to my recent telephone conversation with you, he <br />has enough frontage to meet the zoning requirements of 85 foot minimum width for each <br />house. On the South side of our home, we have a patio th!1ooks directly at his lot.
