A mobile home park may be located only in an R-3 <br />District following the receipt of a conditional use permit ~ld the <br />approval of the mobile home.park site plan by the Council and the <br />execution of a development agreement. The plan and permit <br />applica~ion shall be processed pursuant to the procedures <br />established in Section 900.42. A plan and permit may be approved <br />only following complianoe with tlle provisions set forth in chis <br />Section, . Section 900.42, and other applicable. provisions of this <br />Ordinance and ot.her ordinances and regulations of the City. <br /> <br />\ <br />! <br /> <br />2. Si~e Plan. An application to e5tablish a mobile home park <br />shall be accomp~lied by a site plan. The site plan, together wi~h <br />Lhe conditional use permit, shall govern the use and development <br />of the mobile home park. No building permit or certifica~e of <br />occupancy ~hall be issued unless in conformance with the approved <br />site plan and permit and any changes in the sit.e plan or permit <br />must:. be specifically reviewed and a.pproved by the Council. The <br />site plan shall include: <br /> <br />A. The name and address of all owners and developer~ of <br />~he proposed mobile home park. <br /> <br />B. The legal description ~ld 5ize in acres of the proposed <br />mobile home park. <br /> <br />c. The location and size of all mobile home lots, <br />convenience establishments, storage areas; recreation areas <br />and facilities, landscaping, water areas, roadways, sidewalks <br />and parking sites. <br /> <br />D. De~ailed landscaping and grading plans and <br />specificaLious. <br /> <br />B. Plans for sanitary sewage disposal, surface drainage, <br />fire hydrants, water systems, electrical, gas, telephone and- <br />television services, s~reet ligh~ing and topography diagrams. <br /> <br />9.113 <br />
