Enclosed is the following documentation: <br /> <br />2 copies of the site plan showing the reasons <br />for the request <br /> <br />Letter of acceptance from Larry Wagner, 208 Maple Lane <br />who shares the property line for which the set-back is <br />requested. <br /> <br />Setback Permit Application <br /> <br />Listing of names and addresses for each contiguous <br />property owner. <br /> <br />We currently have a single driveway (no garage) that extends <br />8 feet past the back of the house line. The east side of <br />the driveway is 5 feet from the property line shared with <br />Larry Wagner. <br /> <br />The 3 foot setback would permit us to build the garage <br />without moving the driveway. It would minimize maneuvering <br />past the corner of the house, which is inside the west end <br />of the garage door. There is a 32 inch drop-off 1 foot <br />behind the proposed garage.
