Kurt <br />RE: Dick Forliti <br /> <br />Dick Forliti, Roseville Fire Chief, has announced his retirement from the Roseville Fire <br />Department. Dick has served with the Fire Department since 1976. He became a <br />District Chiefin 1983 and assumed the position of Fire Chiefin 1997. In addition, Dick <br />has served as the secretaryltreasurer of the Ramsey County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> <br />Dick has provided extraordinary leadership during a period of change in the Fire <br />Department, including the transition from a part-time to full-time fire Chief position. <br />He was also an active member of the Employee's Activity Committee, which sponsors <br />events for City Staff. His positive attitude, leadership, and willingness to help will be <br />missed by all City staff. <br />
