<br />3310.1 Ge81erat Fees shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of this sec~io:1 or shall
<br />be as set forth in the fee schedule adopted by the jurisdiction,
<br />
<br />3310.2 Plan Review IF'ee~. When a plan or other clata are required to be submitted, a plan review
<br />fee shall be paid at the time of submitting plans and specifications for review. Said plan rev;ew fee
<br />shall be as set forth in Table A-33-A. Separate plan review fees s;lall apply to retaining walls or
<br />major drainage structures as required elsewhere in this code. For excavation and fill on the same
<br />site, the fee shall be based on the volume of excavation or fill, whichever is greater.
<br />
<br />3310.3 Grading Permit Fee~. A fee for each grz.ding permit shall be paid to the building official
<br />as set forth in Table A-33-B. Separate permits and fees shall apply to retaining walls or major drain-
<br />age structures as required elsewhere in this code. There shall be no separate charge for standard
<br />terrace drains and similar facilities.
