<br />(f) <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />3/3'6 <br /> <br />July 13, 1999 <br /> <br />Ms. Kathryn Tabata <br />2427 Western Avenue North <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Requested Setback Permit for Allowance of an Attached Garage Addition. <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Tabata: <br /> <br />On July 13, 1999, the Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) met to review <br />your application and proposal for an addition to your existing garage on property located <br />at 2427 W estern Avenue North. The DRC determined that the submittal was incomplete <br />and requires additional information, mainly a full site plan indicating your lot boundaries <br />and all structures and building elevations including building materials. It also appears <br />from your drawing that the proposal exceeds the allowance of Section 1004.01A(11) of <br />the Roseville Zoning Ordinance that states: <br /> <br />"The overall area of attached garage space and detached accessory building <br />space shall not exceed the floor area of the main level of the principal residential <br />structure on the property. " <br /> <br />The DRC determined that in order for it to make a decision based on the stipulations of <br />Section 1013.05 of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance, site plan, existing & proposed <br />building square footage, and building elevation drawings are necessary. Please submit <br />this information at your earliest convenience to allow review by the DRC for conformity <br />with the Section 1013.05 and the scheduling of a hearing date. <br /> <br />I have included a copy of the Setback Permit requirements and a copy of the Accessory <br />Building Ordinance.
