Application and Fee B. Abstractor's Certificate for each owner ofthe land within 350 feet of the boundaries of the property for which a land use action is requested, plus two copies of mailing labels with names and addresses of properties on the Abstractors Certificate. C. Proposed plans (2 copies) including site plan, landscape plan, grading and drainage plan, and exterior building elevation drawings showing building materials is required as well as appropriate photos. Such drawings shall be on 8-l/2"xll" or II"xI7" paper, drawn to scale, and shall be in a reproducible format. .-1- D. A one-page minimum narrative/explanation of the site planning, landscaping, and architecture of project in detail including the need for the project, any physical hardships, and the expected noise, air, drainage, lighting, waste management, parking, and traffic impacts. E. t Proof that the applicant has control of the property for whiC;h land use action is requested (purchase agreement, certificate of ownership, etc.) F. Additional information or documents required by the City Planner. A pre- submittal meeting should be scheduled with the City Planner (651.490.2236) to discuss any additional information or documents required for your request. The completed application is scheduled for the next available Planning Commission public hearing. Estimated date: C.
