What Chuck would <br />like to do with his deck is a very minor request. It is so minor in my <br />eyes I have hard time believing that there is such a massive and <br />expensive process to go through to get it approved. I will be out of <br />town for the October 13th meeting so I wanted to get our(my wife Jackie <br />& I) thoughts to you. <br />Mr.Kadrie has and is taking excellent care of his property. He has <br />done nothing but improve the real estate since he has lived there. His <br />deck improvement is just more of the same. As Chuck's neighbor, I WANT <br />him to improve his property! People should be encouraged to do this. <br />This will increase property values of his place and surrounding places. <br />This of course increases the tax base so we have money in government so <br />we can work THE REAL ISSUES! <br />It would be a large travesty if Mr. Kadrie was denied this variance. <br />If there is some old law that prevents this it should be rewritten. <br />Chuck is not expanding his house(ground level) toward the lake. This <br />deck will will only be extended 2 ' at the second story level. As a <br />relatively new resident of Roseville I am watching this whole event with <br />great interest.
