Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Monday, the 27th day of September, 1999, at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: and the following voted against the same: Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. Resolution Extending the Review Period for Charles Kadrie, 1281 Josephine Road, Request for A Variance from the Shoreland Ordinance (PF3140) WHEREAS, Charles Kadrie, 1281 Josephine Road, on July 26, 1999, submitted an application for consideration of a variance from the Shoreland Ordinance, which was accepted on August 13, 1999 as complete and placed on the Planning Commission's September 8,1999 agenda; and WHEREAS, the official notice in the legal newspaper and the notice forwarded to affected property owners scheduling this variance request for hearing by the Planning Commission on September 8, 1999, was incorrect (as to address) which resulted in the necessity to re-advertise the hearing by the Planning Commission at their meeting of October 13, 1999; and, WHEREAS, this delay in the hearing necessitates an extension, by the City Council, to the 60-day review time line for proper consideration of this variance request; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of charles Kadrie, 1281 Josephine Road, for a variance from the Shoreland Ordinance, be extended for 60 days, from October 12, 1999, to December 11, 1999. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same: WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
