<br /> <br />September 2, 1999 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville ResidentJProperty Owner: <br /> <br />A couple of weeks ago you were notified of a request by Mr. Chuck Kadrie for a variance <br />to retain and complete a deck within the 75 foot shoreland setback from Lake Josephine. <br />The notification was sent out in error, being mailed to property owners within 350 feet <br />from 1225 Josephine Road and with an inaccurate legal description. Thus the Planning <br />Commission will not consider this item on September 8, 1999. <br /> <br />A corrected notice will be published in the Focus and mailed to the appropriate property <br />owners within 350 feet from Mr. Kadrie's property, 1281 Josephine Road. Some of you <br />may receive the revised notice, however, others will not. <br /> <br />We apologize for the error and any inconveniences it may have brought.
