<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 5th day of May, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough, <br />Kysylyczyn <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9993 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING DATE <br />FOR PROPERTY ABATEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 463, and the City Code, <br />Chapter 407, the City council of the City of Roseville is authorized to determine <br />deteriorated building conditions within the City and to thereafter instruct the proper City <br />authorities to address the conditions through the abatement process when necessary; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, periodically the Community Development staff reviews property <br />Code violations to determine whether there are properties in disrepair that need repair to <br />meet the City Codes, and further have determined certain property owners whose <br />properties are in disrepair to be unable or unwilling to comply with the Code; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that an abatement hearing date is hereby set for <br />June 10,2002 to consider properties located at 2154 Lexington Avenue, City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Schroeder, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 6th <br />day of May 2002. <br /> <br />Q:\General Correspondence\DonM\Abatements\Resolution_ 2154 Lexington.doc <br />
