EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 5th day of May, 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Kysylyczyn and the following members were absent: None Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9993 RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING DATE FOR PROPERTY ABATEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 463, and the City Code, Chapter 407, the City council of the City of Roseville is authorized to determine deteriorated building conditions within the City and to thereafter instruct the proper City authorities to address the conditions through the abatement process when necessary; and, WHEREAS, periodically the Community Development staff reviews property Code violations to determine whether there are properties in disrepair that need repair to meet the City Codes, and further have determined certain property owners whose properties are in disrepair to be unable or unwilling to comply with the Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that an abatement hearing date is hereby set for June 10,2002 to consider properties located at 2154 Lexington Avenue, City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Schroeder, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough, Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 6th day of May 2002.
