Please <br />notice that the structure for the second level of parking is set back 40' from the property-line at Lincoln Drive, The <br />ramp for the second level is shown up to 15' from the same property-line, At the property-line along Snelling Avenue <br />both the new building and the second level parking structure is set back 30' from the 20' LRT easement.
