<br />1. There will be no additional driveway surface installed as a part of this development <br />proposal. <br /> <br />2. All roof drainage, new and existing, must be collected and channeled to the natural <br />drainage way within the applicant's property by gutters or other method approved by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />3. The exterior of the new addition must be constructed with materials that match the <br />materials on the existing accessory building. <br /> <br />4. Because of the size of the total structure once the addition is complete (987.88 s.f.) no <br />other accessory building or tool shed(s) shall be permitted on the property, unless by <br />approval of a variance. <br /> <br />5. The maximum height shall be 15 feet as measured from mid roof peak. <br /> <br />6. Prior to issuance of a building permit, and within 60 days after approval of the <br />conditional use permit, the applicant must record the conditional use permit with the <br />Ramsey County Recorder. This conditional use permit shall expire 6 months after <br />approval if a building permit has not been issued.
