<br />October 1, 1999 <br /> <br />Randy and Diane Meyer <br />978 Sherren Street W. <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr.Meyer: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm that your application for a Setback Permit to <br />allow the reconstruction of the existing single stall garage and breezeway into an <br />entry and double stall garage to within three (3) feet of the side yard property line <br />(an encroachment of two feet) was approved by the Development Review committee <br />on Thursday, September 23, 1999. <br /> <br />The Development Review Committee placed the following conditions on the <br />approval: <br /> <br />The accessory structure must be on a slab and meet the five foot setback; <br />The accessory structure must be (in total) less than 864 s.f. + 120 s.f., or a <br />maximum total of 984 s.f; <br />The drainage and roof gutters must be shown on the building permit site plan; <br />and, <br />The applicant must bring in written and signed approvals from the adjoining <br />property owners. <br /> <br />As you may know, there is a ten-day appeal period from the date of approval (to <br />October 4th), after which you may apply for your building permit. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please call me at 651.490.2236, and good luck with your <br />reconstruction project. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Thomas Paschke <br />City Planner <br /> <br />Q:\Planning Files\Ltr approval Setback Permit.doc <br />
