This is in conjunction with and part of a <br />major addition as explained in question #8. The resulting impact on the <br />neighborhood will be an aesthetic improvement because it will replace a <br />somewhat sagging breezeway with an entryway that will be part of the house and <br />two car garage. Criteria and parameters from items 10 and 11 are met. <br />
