<br /> <br />October 18,1999 <br /> <br />John and Randa Helmberger <br />243 7 Western Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Requested Setback Permit/or Allowance 0/ Accessory Building Encroachment <br />into required Side Yard Setback. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. & Mrs. HeImberger: <br /> <br />On October 14, 1999 the Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) held a <br />hearing regarding your request to construct an accessory building in your rear yard and <br />encroaching into the required side yard setback. At the hearing no adjacent property <br />owners were in attendance to address this request nor did the City receive any calls <br />opposing or supporting your development plans. <br /> <br />The DRC voted to recommend approval of your request, subject to a minimum side yard <br />setback of three (3) feet and that the shed be constructed with either post footings or a <br />floating slab.
