Our desire is to aesthetically enhance our property in an affordable manner. To <br />build the shed in any other location on the property would be a financial hardship <br />for us, and would require removal trees and/or loss of green area. The resulting <br />impact on the neighborhood will be positive in that the planned shed will be <br />attractive (see attached photo of similar shed), consistent in appearance with our <br />house, and will provide enclosed storage for yard and garden equipment. <br />
