October 17. at approximately 3:30 p.m. in <br />the Roseville City Hall Community Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />John & Randa Heimberger, 2437 Western Avenue, has petitioned for a Setback Pennit to <br />allow the construction of a shed to encroach two (2) feet into the required five (5) foot <br />side yard setback. The Heimberger's are proposing to locate the shed in an existing <br />outdoor storage area that is adjacent to their rear and side property lines and is flat <br />compared to other area on the property. The Heimberger's are requesting the Setback <br />Pennit to allow them to replace the outdoor storage area with a covered storage unit and <br />eliminate sight of the items in their rear yard. The request requires the approval of a <br />Setback Pennit of Variance, prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment <br />on the proposal in writing or affords them time to comment at the hearing.
