A copy of the signed Certification Page (Section 2.0 of the Application); and 2. Roseville City Council Resolution for improvements discussed in the Traffic Analysis report submitted with the Application. Please let me know as soon as possible if you will be needing additional information on this resolution. As we discussed over the telephone, it is understood that additional information necessary prior to issuance ofthe final permit update includes an executed request for transfer of the permit and a Negative Declaration on the Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EA W) developed for the project. The process for transferring the permit from Ryan Twin Lakes Limited Partnership to First Security Bank National Association is underway. A copy of the executed documents will be forwarded to you upon receipt. It is anticipated that a Negative Declaration for the EA W will be approved at the March City Council meeting. A copy of the Negative Declaration will be forwarded to you as soon as it is received. As I indicated in our conversation, it is anticipated that a final permit could be issued in early to mid March shortly after a Negative Declaration on the EA W is received. If you find anything during your review of the Application that you need follow-up from me on, please call me immediately and I will provide you with the necessary information as soon as possible.
