Construction is on schedule to reach those totals <br />in the next three to four years (2003 to 2004), if not sooner. The Year 2000 <br />Veritas Master Site Plan, dated March, 2000, includes more general office space <br />and a reduction or elimination of Office/ShowrooIIllWarehouse structures. <br /> <br />Ryan has proposed development that would increase the total allowable building <br />area (or building cube) on the site by 10 percent (61,690 s.f.) more than the <br />previously approved total of 619,600 s.f. for a total of 681 ,560 s.f.. This proposed <br />modification is consistent with the approved plan, constitutes a minor <br />,modification from paragraph 38 of the original Planned Unit Development # <br />1177, is authorized under City Code ~ 1008:09.B.1. and is hereby approved. <br /> <br />With this modific().tion, there is a total of 338,845 s.f. remaining to be developed. ' <br />As now proposed and approved, the development will be divided among the <br />following parcels: <br /> <br />1. Lot 3,.BJock 1 Centre Pointe Business Park 2nd Addition will be developed <br />. as a 6,000 s.f. restaurant. <br /> <br />2. The southerly remainder of Lot 4, Block 1, Centre Pointe Business Park <br />and the nort:berly portion of Lot 5, Block 1, Centre Pointe Business Park <br />as described in,attachment "A" may be developed for up to 72,500 s.f. of <br />office space. <br /> <br />2 <br />
