The <br />following are the DRC comments regarding your submittal: <br /> <br />~ The proposed cul-de-sac design may require modification to allow proper access <br />for fire apparatus. Staff will meet with the Fire Marshal to confirm design and <br />any concerns. <br /> <br />~ Lot design appears to meet width, depth, and square Jootage requirements of the <br />Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />~ Utility and drainage easements and required setbacks boundaries appear to be <br />adequate. <br /> <br />~ The proposed grading of Lots 3 through 6 appears to exceed the City Code <br />maximum allowance of a 3% slope. The City requires information regarding <br />proposed slope percentage. <br /> <br />~ The proposed storm sewer line and outlet is unacceptable and does not meet the <br />City Code requirements.
