Meyer. 978 Sherren (PF3148) <br /> <br />. Remove breezeway and existing garage <br />. Proposed 2 car garage within 3' of property line (west side) <br />. 2nd story above existing house; new front porch adds four feet <br />. Setback needed - three (3) feet from property line to allow seven (7) foot expansion <br />of garage (a 20' wide garage with 16 foot garage door). <br /> <br />After review of elevations and setback criteria: <br />Following nine out of 12 criteria met: a,b,d,e,c,g,h,k,1 <br /> <br />Accessory structure must be on slab and meet 5' setback; must be (in total) less than 864 sJ. <br />+ 120 s.f., or 984 s.f. <br /> <br />Drainage and roof gutters must be shown on building permit site plan. <br /> <br />Appeal date final is October 3, 1999; with no appeal, a building permit may be issued on <br />October 4th. <br /> <br />THE DRC RECOMMENDED APPROVAL OF THE SETBACK PERMIT FOR RANDY/DIANE <br />MYERS. Applicant must bring in written and signed approval from adjoining property <br />owners, if a building permit is sought before the ten day appeal process is complete. <br /> <br />2. Blanchard. 2983 Chatsworth (PF3148) <br /> <br />Request is for six foot front encroachment for new open porch. DRC reviewed plans and <br />found them acceptable.
