This is the .....ay.

October 11, 1999

Dennis \'./elsch
2660 Civic Center Drive
Roseville, ;\OIN 55113

Dear Dennis,

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me the other day to discuss parking issues at 934
Woodhill Dr. As we discussed, MediaOne's parking plans are to relocate our bucket/boom wICks off
site (already completed) and to park all service vans in the southwest parking lot. \'I/e would
construct a "screening" fence to dIe cities specification on the approximate SOUdl l/~ of dIe west
property line, We would park our pich-llp trucks in the northeas t parking lot and would use the
soudIeast parking lot for employee parking during normal working hours.
This plan would allow us to meet the needs of Cor \"/ilson and CATV as well as MediaOne's
parking requirements. I believe dIis solution meets dle intent and language of any previous
agreements between the City of Roseville, the school district, and C\TV

If you should have any questions regarding dlese plans or want to discuss dlem furdler, please
contact me. 'We will be applying for a permit to construct the fence shortly and plan to have this plan
in effect before the winter season.

Thank you for all your assistance as we have worked dIroUgh dlese changes,

Sincerely,

~~

Dean Sellheim
Manager of Supply

Cc: Jeff Harkman
Cor Wilson
