In 1996 the School District approved a ten-year lease between the Schoo;, the City and <br /> <br />MediaOne in which a 70-space parking lot was constructed along the southeast side of <br /> <br />the building with specific times a110tted for MediaOne and City uses, <br /> <br />5. MediaOne has proposed the fo11ows: <br /> <br />a. A11 boom trucks wi11 be stored overnight and weekends at an alternative site within an <br /> <br />industrial area (Shoreview) (Exhibit C), <br /> <br />b. Service vans would exclusively be parked in the southwest parking area overnight and <br /> <br />weekends as well as during daytime service hours, The service van area will be <br /> <br />screened along the south one-half of the west property line with an eight-foot ta11 board <br /> <br />on board fence, A chain link security will be installed along the south and east entry <br /> <br />gate rear of this lot by MediaOne in 1999. <br /> <br />c. Pick-up tfllcks used by MediaOne for service activities will be parked in the northeast <br /> <br />parking lot (32 spaces) during day, evening and weekends, <br /> <br />d. All employees would park in the southeast lot (70 spaces) du'ring allowed hours (Exhibit <br /> <br />D), <br /> <br />e. Customer parking for MediaOne would be retained on the f:ast oIlf:-half of the <br /> <br />horseshoe driveway along Woodhill Drive. <br /> <br />f. Customer parking for Cable TV would be retained along the west one-half of the <br /> <br />horseshoe driveway along Woodhill Drive. <br /> <br />6, Miscellaneous <br /> <br />a, <br /> <br />MediaOne must visually screen the southeast lot from Victoria with low hedg~s or other <br /> <br />landscaping and/or trees to reduce the parking lot visual image as seen from the street <br /> <br />and nearby homes.
