The parties to this Memorandum of Understanding wish to restate <br /> <br />and clarify previous permits and lease agreements as they relate to the land <br /> <br />use and parking on the site commonly known as the Lake Owasso School, <br /> <br />934 Woodhill Dr., Roseville. <br /> <br />2. Owner(Leasor): Roseville School District 623, 1251 County Road B2 W, <br /> <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Leasees: <br /> <br />MediaOne, 934 Woodhill Dr., Roseville, MN <br /> <br />Community Cable, 934 Woodhill Dr., Roseville, MN <br /> <br />City of Roseville, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN <br /> <br />History. <br /> <br />4a. In 1983 the City of Roseville approved a special use permit for 15 <br /> <br />years to the Roseville School District 623 to allow quasi-public use of the <br /> <br />Owasso Lake School, 934 Woodhill Dr., Roseville. The School District leased <br /> <br />space to the local cable provider currently (1999) MediaOne and the <br /> <br />Community Cable access system. On-site parking was to be 132 spaces <br /> <br />(Exhibit A). <br /> <br />4b. In 1986 an amendment to the special use permit was approved, <br /> <br />allowing up to 32 employee vehicles to be parking in the northeast parking <br /> <br />lot. Also, the loading and trash dumpster areas to the southwest side of the <br /> <br />building were to be screened.
