AMENDl\1ENT TO FOUR-PARTY MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING April 26, 2000 MediaOne Corporation has proposed the following: In the east parking lot remove the existing curb and gutter and expand the parking lot to the north with a pavement section consisting of 3" of bituminous over S" of base aggregate. Construct new 8612 concrete curb and gutter around the perimeter. Remove one existing arborvitae bush. Stripe the area. The expansion would provide for an additional 29, 9' by IS' parking stalls. Regrade all disturbed areas and provide a minimum of 3" topsoil and sod. The green space for the site would be reduced by S17 square yards. In the southwest parking lot remove the existing curb and gutter and fencing and expand the parking lot along the drive with a pavement section consisting of 3" of bituminous over S" of base aggregate. Construct new 8612 concrete curb and gutter around the perimeter. Reinstall the existing fence, adding sections as necessary. Remove the existing trees on top of the earth berm and regrade the berm to the same general shape and height. Transplant the existing trees on top of the berm. Stripe and cross hatch the area. The expansion would provide for an additional 12, 10' by IS', parking stalls. Regrade all disturbed areas and provide a minimum of 3" topsoil and sod. The green space for the site would be reduced by 275 square yards, has reviewed the proposed project and (does) (does not) approve the project. H approved, the project will be attached to the Memoranda of Understanding, as approved by the RoseviUe City Council on February 14, 2000.
